Fright costs are not reimbursable. All products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturing defects on our products. This includes any problems a customer might experience such as loss of screws, breaking of clip or breaking of the blade. On any products manufactured using natural materials such as bone, stag, wood, buffalo horn, sheep horn, pearl etc... these are considered natural materials and they are subject to shrinking with time. This shrinking can cause cracks in the handles and as this is a natural process it is not covered by our warranty. We'll ship your order ASAP! It is our goal to have every item on this website in stock. We endeavor to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In most cases, this is possible and you can plan on receiving your order within 10 days (often much sooner). If your order is unable to be shipped within 30 days of receipt, we will notify you immediately. All orders are shipped by USPS. Prices are subject to change.
